Spicy Tuna Onigiri

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 200 grams Cooked Tuna
  • 4 tbsp Spicy mayo
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 sheets Nori seaweed sheets
  • To rinse hands Water
  • To taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. Cook sushi rice as per package instructions and let it cool down a bit.
  2. Flake the tuna and mix it with the spicy mayo and soy sauce.
  3. Rinse your hands with water, take a handful of sushi rice, flatten it and add a spoonful of the spicy tuna mix in the center.
  4. Wrap the rice around the tuna mix, shaping it into a triangle.
  5. Wrap the onigiri with a nori seaweed sheet.
  6. Repeat these steps until you use up all your rice and tuna mix.
  7. Serve your spicy tuna onigiri as a snack or a part of a meal. Enjoy your homemade Japanese treat!
