
Spicy Tuna Hand Roll (Temaki)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked Sushi Rice
- 200 grams Raw Tuna
- 4 sheets Nori Sheets
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Wasabi Paste
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- for garnish Pickled Ginger
- for garnish Chopped Scallions
Instructions:
- Cut the tuna into small cubes, then mix it in a bowl with the soy sauce, wasabi paste, and Sriracha sauce.
- Lay out a sheet of nori on a dry, flat surface. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving about an inch free at the top.
- Add a small spoonful of the spicy tuna mixture towards the bottom of the rice.
- Roll the nori and rice around the tuna filling, starting at the bottom and working your way up, until you have a cone-shaped hand roll.
- Repeat with the remaining nori sheets, rice, and tuna mixture.
- Garnish each hand roll with sesame seeds, pickled ginger, and chopped scallions. Serve immediately, with extra soy sauce on the side for dipping if desired.
