
Spicy Thai Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Boneless pork loin
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 cups Fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Small onion, chopped
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper and minced garlic.
- Slice the pork into thin strips. Add to the bowl with the sauce mixture and stir well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir fry until it begins to brown, around 5-7 minutes.
- Add the green beans, red bell pepper and onion to the wok. Continue to stir fry for another 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the pork is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
