Spicy Thai Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Boneless pork loin
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper and minced garlic.
  2. Slice the pork into thin strips. Add to the bowl with the sauce mixture and stir well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir fry until it begins to brown, around 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the green beans, red bell pepper and onion to the wok. Continue to stir fry for another 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the pork is cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
