
Spicy Thai Pork Breakfast Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Red chili peppers
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 3 stalks Spring Onion
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 3 cups Jasmine rice
Instructions:
- Prepare the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- While rice is cooking, chop the pork into thin, bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar.
- Mince the garlic and chop the chili peppers. If you want the dish less spicy, remove the seeds.
- In a wok or large frying pan, heat up the cooking oil. Add in the garlic and chili peppers, stirring quickly for about 30 seconds.
- Add the chopped pork to the pan, stirring occasionally until lightly browned.
- Pour in the prepared sauce mixture, making sure the pork is well-coated.
- When the pork is almost done, add the chopped spring onions and basil leaves, stirring until they wilt.
- Serve the stir-fry over the cooked jasmine rice. Enjoy your spicy Thai pork breakfast stir-fry.
