
Spicy Thai Pasta Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 8 ounces cooked pasta
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions:
- In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until it turns golden.
- Add chopped bell peppers and onion and cook until they soften.
- In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, crushed red pepper flakes, and peanut butter.
- Pour this sauce into the pan with vegetables, stirring until well-coated.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan, and toss well to combine with the sauce and vegetables.
- Finally, stir in the basil leaves, and cook for another 2 minutes until they wilt.
- Transfer the spicy Thai pasta stir fry to serving plates and serve immediately.
