
Spicy Thai Pasta Snack

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Red Chilli Peppers
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro
- 1 stalk Green Onion
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Saute the chopped garlic and red chili peppers in the olive oil until fragrant.
- Mix the soy sauce, peanut butter, and lime juice together to create a sauce. Add it to the pan and stir until heated through.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions before serving.
