Spicy Thai Pasta Snack

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Red Chilli Peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 stalk Green Onion

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Saute the chopped garlic and red chili peppers in the olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, peanut butter, and lime juice together to create a sauce. Add it to the pan and stir until heated through.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions before serving.
