
Spicy Thai Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta
- 1 whole Red bell pepper
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 150 ml Soy sauce
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 2 teaspoons Chili flakes
- 100 grams Peanuts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 whole Lime
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water. Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
- While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Add soy sauce and chili flakes to the pan. Stir well, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Combine drained pasta and sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed. Stir well until pasta is well coated.
- Squeeze the lime over the pasta, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and peanuts. Serve immediately.
