Spicy Thai Fish Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams White Fish Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 100 grams Long Green Beans
  • 3 leaves Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 1 item Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • As needed for frying Vegetable Oil
  • To Serve Sweet Chili Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Put the fish, curry paste, egg, lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar in a food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Add the beans and kaffir lime leaves, then pulse until they are finely chopped and mixed in.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve the fish cakes with sweet chili sauce.
