
Spicy Thai Fish Cakes

Ingredients:
- 500 grams White Fish Fillets
- 2 tablespoons Thai Red Curry Paste
- 100 grams Long Green Beans
- 3 leaves Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 1 item Egg
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- As needed for frying Vegetable Oil
- To Serve Sweet Chili Sauce
Instructions:
- Put the fish, curry paste, egg, lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar in a food processor. Process until smooth.
- Add the beans and kaffir lime leaves, then pulse until they are finely chopped and mixed in.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve the fish cakes with sweet chili sauce.
