Spicy Thai Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Beef Sirloin
  • 2 each Fresh Thai red chilies
  • 2 each Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 each Red bell pepper
  • 1 each Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Slice the Beef Sirloin into thin strips.
  2. Mince the chilies and garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
  4. Add the beef to the wok and stir-fry until it's browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the chilies and garlic to the wok and stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips and add them to the wok.
  7. Pour over the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat all the ingredients.
  8. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  9. Toss in the Thai basil leaves and stir until they're wilted and well distributed.
  10. Serve the stir-fry over rice or noodles for a delicious Thai beef snack!
