
Spicy Thai Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Beef Sirloin
- 2 each Fresh Thai red chilies
- 2 each Garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 each Red bell pepper
- 1 each Onion
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
Instructions:
- Slice the Beef Sirloin into thin strips.
- Mince the chilies and garlic.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- Add the beef to the wok and stir-fry until it's browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chilies and garlic to the wok and stir-fry for another minute.
- Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips and add them to the wok.
- Pour over the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat all the ingredients.
- Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Toss in the Thai basil leaves and stir until they're wilted and well distributed.
- Serve the stir-fry over rice or noodles for a delicious Thai beef snack!
