Spicy Thai Basil Fish Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs white fish fillets
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic
  • 2 pcs fresh red chillies
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar

Instructions:

  1. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat the oil in a large fry pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chopped garlic and chillies to the pan, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Now add the onions and bell peppers and stir-fry for a minute.
  5. Add the fish pieces to the pan and fry until they turn white. Be careful not to overcook.
  6. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for another minute until all the ingredients are well combined.
  7. Finally, add the basil leaves and stir until they are wilted, then take off the heat.
  8. Serve immediately for a fresh and healthy Thai fish snack.
