
Spicy Thai Basil Fish Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 4 pcs white fish fillets
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 4 cloves Fresh garlic
- 2 pcs fresh red chillies
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 1 cup onions
- 1 tablespoon raw sugar
Instructions:
- Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt.
- Heat the oil in a large fry pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped garlic and chillies to the pan, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Now add the onions and bell peppers and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add the fish pieces to the pan and fry until they turn white. Be careful not to overcook.
- Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for another minute until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Finally, add the basil leaves and stir until they are wilted, then take off the heat.
- Serve immediately for a fresh and healthy Thai fish snack.
