
Spicy Thai Basil Chicken (Pad Krapow Gai)

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 4 items Thai chilies
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp White sugar
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Chop the chicken into small pieces.
- Chop the garlic and the chilies.
- Heat the oil in a wok.
- Add the garlic and chilies and fry until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar and stir well.
- When the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is well-mixed, add the basil leaves.
- Cook until the leaves are wilted.
- Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
