Spicy Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Chicken
  • 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves
  • 4 items Red Chillies
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Wash and clean the basil leaves.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and red chillies, keeping the seeds for extra heat.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic and chillies. Saute until they release a spicy aroma.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and stir fry until they turn white.
  5. Add in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, add the Thai basil leaves and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot with a side of jasmine rice. Enjoy your midnight Thai craving!
