
Spicy Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Chicken
- 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves
- 4 items Red Chillies
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into small pieces. Wash and clean the basil leaves.
- Finely chop the garlic and red chillies, keeping the seeds for extra heat.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic and chillies. Saute until they release a spicy aroma.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and stir fry until they turn white.
- Add in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the Thai basil leaves and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot with a side of jasmine rice. Enjoy your midnight Thai craving!
