
Spicy Szechuan-Style Pasta

Ingredients:
- 300 grams Pasta
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Szechuan peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chili oil
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 stalks Green onions
- 200 grams Ground pork
Instructions:
- Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
- Step 2: In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and Szechuan peppercorns, and fry until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add ground pork to the pan and cook until browned.
- Step 4: Reduce heat to low, add the soy sauce and chili oil, stirring well to coat the pork.
- Step 5: Drain the pasta, then add to the pan and toss until everything is well combined.
- Step 6: Serve the pasta garnished with chopped green onions, and enjoy your spicy Szechuan-style pasta!
