Spicy Szechuan-Style Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams Pasta
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Szechuan peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 200 grams Ground pork

Instructions:

  1. Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
  2. Step 2: In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and Szechuan peppercorns, and fry until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add ground pork to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Step 4: Reduce heat to low, add the soy sauce and chili oil, stirring well to coat the pork.
  5. Step 5: Drain the pasta, then add to the pan and toss until everything is well combined.
  6. Step 6: Serve the pasta garnished with chopped green onions, and enjoy your spicy Szechuan-style pasta!
