
Spicy Szechuan Style Fish

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Szechuan peppercorns
- 8 pieces Dried red chilies
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 3 pieces Green onions
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Instructions:
- Marinate the fish fillets with soy sauce and cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the Szechuan peppercorns and dried red chilies. Cook until fragrant.
- Add in the minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, and sliced red bell pepper. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Transfer the marinated fish to the pan and cook until the fish is done.
- In a small bowl, create a sauce by combining soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the fish and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve the fish on a plate, pouring the extra sauce from the pan on top. Enjoy your spicy Szechuan-style fish!
