
Spicy Szechuan Stir-Fry Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
- 1/3 cup Szechuan sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
- Prepare all vegetables as per your preference. Mince the garlic and ginger. In a small bowl, combine Szechuan sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, and water. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes. Stir fry until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables to the pan. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well to combine and cook until the sauce thickens around the vegetables.
