
Spicy Szechuan Pork

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Pork loin
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon Szechuan peppercorn
- 2 pieces Red chilli peppers
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Start by cutting the pork loin into thin strips, then set aside.
- Next, mince the garlic and ginger, slice the red chilli peppers and green onions, and grind the Szechuan peppercorns.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix until the sugar and cornstarch are fully dissolved.
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the minced garlic, ginger, sliced chilli peppers, and ground peppercorns and stir-fry for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced pork to the pan and continue stir-frying for 5-7 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and continue stirring until the sauce thickens (about 2 minutes).
- Finally, garnish with the sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy your Spicy Szechuan Pork!
