
Spicy Szechuan Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Boneless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Szechuan peppercorns
- 3 Red chili peppers
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 inches Ginger
- 2 sticks Green onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces, cornstarch and soy sauce. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Crush the Szechuan peppercorns and chop the red chili peppers, garlic, ginger and green onions.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the Szechuan peppercorns, red chili peppers, garlic, ginger and green onions. Stir fry for a few minutes until the ingredients release their aroma.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan. Stir fry for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and has absorbed the flavors of the spices.
