
Spicy Sichuan Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Fresh ginger
- 4 Green onions
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
- 6 Red dried chilis
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chinese vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions:
- Cut the pork into thin slices and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan on medium heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger, green onions, Sichuan peppercorns and red dried chilies. Stir fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to high, add the pork and stir-fry until it’s no longer pink.
- Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
