Spicy Seafood Quiche

Ingredients:
- 1 Pie crust
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cups Mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops)
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese
- 2 Green onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large skillet, sauté seafood, garlic, and cayenne until cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, heavy cream, finely chopped green onions, and half of the cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust. Top with the sautéed seafood and the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
