Spicy Seafood Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pie crust
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops)
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese
  • 2 Green onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté seafood, garlic, and cayenne until cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, heavy cream, finely chopped green onions, and half of the cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust. Top with the sautéed seafood and the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
