Spicy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, break your eggs and add the milk. Beat them until well combined.
  2. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Pour the eggs into the pan and let it cook undisturbed for a minute or until the edges start to set.
  4. Start stirring the eggs to cook them evenly. Keep stirring until there are no runny eggs left, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir until well combined.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your Spicy Scrambled Eggs!
