Ingredients:
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions:
- In a bowl, break your eggs and add the milk. Beat them until well combined.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and let it cook undisturbed for a minute or until the edges start to set.
- Start stirring the eggs to cook them evenly. Keep stirring until there are no runny eggs left, about 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
