Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Fish fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- To taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add the garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- 3. Add the diced tomatoes and cayenne pepper. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes, until fish is cooked through.
