Spicy Provençal Fish

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
  • To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the diced tomatoes and cayenne pepper. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes, until fish is cooked through.
