Spicy Miso Ramen with Seafood

Ingredients:

  • 4 servings Ramen noodles
  • 500 grams Seafood mix (prawns, squid, clams)
  • 3 tablespoons Red miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon Chili oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 slice Ginger
  • 4 stalks Spring onions
  • 1 dash Dash of Soy sauce
  • 4 whole Boiled eggs
  • 4 sheets Nori sheets

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ramen noodles following the package instructions, then set it aside.
  2. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the chili oil, ginger, and the chopped garlic, let it simmer for about a minute.
  3. Add in the red miso paste and stir until the paste is fully dissolved.
  4. Pour in 1 litre of water, and let it come to a boil.
  5. Add in the seafood mix, lower the heat, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add a dash of soy sauce for additional flavor.
  7. Ladle the soup and noodles into the serving bowls. Then, garnish with the spring onions, boiled egg cut in half, and a sheet of nori.
