
Spicy Miso Ramen with Seafood

Ingredients:
- 4 servings Ramen noodles
- 500 grams Seafood mix (prawns, squid, clams)
- 3 tablespoons Red miso paste
- 1 tablespoon Chili oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 slice Ginger
- 4 stalks Spring onions
- 1 dash Dash of Soy sauce
- 4 whole Boiled eggs
- 4 sheets Nori sheets
Instructions:
- Cook the ramen noodles following the package instructions, then set it aside.
- Heat a pot over medium heat and add the chili oil, ginger, and the chopped garlic, let it simmer for about a minute.
- Add in the red miso paste and stir until the paste is fully dissolved.
- Pour in 1 litre of water, and let it come to a boil.
- Add in the seafood mix, lower the heat, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add a dash of soy sauce for additional flavor.
- Ladle the soup and noodles into the serving bowls. Then, garnish with the spring onions, boiled egg cut in half, and a sheet of nori.
