Spicy Miso Ramen

Ingredients:
- 1kg Chicken bones
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 slices Ginger
- 1 Leek
- 2 litres Water
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Miso paste
- 2 tablespoons Spicy chili bean paste
- 4 servings Ramen noodles
- 2 Green onions
- 4 Boiled egg
- 4 Nori sheets
Instructions:
- In a large pot, add the chicken bones, garlic, ginger, and leek. Fill with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for at least 1 hour.
- Strain the broth and return it to the pot. Stir in the soy sauce, miso paste, and spicy chili bean paste. Keep the broth warm over low heat.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package's instructions. Drain and divide the noodles among 4 bowls.
- Pour the hot broth over the noodles in each bowl.
- Top each bowl with sliced green onions, a boiled egg cut in half, and a sheet of nori.
- Serve the spicy miso ramen immediately.
