Spicy Miso Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 1kg Chicken bones
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 slices Ginger
  • 1 Leek
  • 2 litres Water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons Spicy chili bean paste
  • 4 servings Ramen noodles
  • 2 Green onions
  • 4 Boiled egg
  • 4 Nori sheets

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, add the chicken bones, garlic, ginger, and leek. Fill with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for at least 1 hour.
  3. Strain the broth and return it to the pot. Stir in the soy sauce, miso paste, and spicy chili bean paste. Keep the broth warm over low heat.
  4. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package's instructions. Drain and divide the noodles among 4 bowls.
  5. Pour the hot broth over the noodles in each bowl.
  6. Top each bowl with sliced green onions, a boiled egg cut in half, and a sheet of nori.
  7. Serve the spicy miso ramen immediately.
