Spicy Midnight Vegetable Yakisoba

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs Yakisoba noodles
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Bell Peppers, Cabbage, Onion)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Boil yakisoba noodles as per package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for about 5-7 minutes or until they are cooked and crispy.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with soy sauce and sriracha sauce. Mix well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes. Adjust spice level if needed with more sriracha sauce.
  5. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve hot.
