
Spicy Midnight Vegetable Yakisoba

Ingredients:
- 2 packs Yakisoba noodles
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Bell Peppers, Cabbage, Onion)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Spring Onions
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Boil yakisoba noodles as per package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for about 5-7 minutes or until they are cooked and crispy.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with soy sauce and sriracha sauce. Mix well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes. Adjust spice level if needed with more sriracha sauce.
- Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot.
