
Spicy Midnight Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Saute until golden.
- Add mixed vegetables and saute for 5 minutes until they become tender. Add chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour in tomato sauce and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss well to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with parmesan cheese.
