Spicy Midnight Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Saute until golden.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and saute for 5 minutes until they become tender. Add chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour in tomato sauce and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss well to combine.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parmesan cheese.
