
Spicy Midnight Sushi Roll

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sushi rice
- 200 grams Raw tuna
- 2 teaspoons Wasabi
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 4 sheets Seaweed sheet
- 4 pieces Pickled ginger
- 1 tablespoon Roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
- 1. Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool.
- 2. Prepare the raw tuna by cutting it into thin strips.
- 3. Mix wasabi with a little water to create a paste.
- 4. Lay out the seaweed sheets on a bamboo mat. Spread the cooked rice evenly over the seaweed, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- 5. Place a strip of tuna and a dollop of wasabi paste along the center of the rice. Pour a touch of soy sauce.
- 6. Gently but tightly roll up the sushi using the bamboo mat, tucking in the ingredients as you roll. Moisten the border with a little water to seal the roll.
- 7. Using a very sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Drizzle Sriracha sauce over the sushi rolls and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
- 9. Serve immediately with pickled ginger and extra soy sauce.
