Spicy Midnight Stir-fry Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams rice noodles
  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • 1 piece green bell pepper
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the bell peppers into thin slices. Mince the garlic cloves. Chop the green onions.
  3. Heat the peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Then add the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the wok or pan.
  6. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  7. Stir-fry everything together until it is all well mixed and heated through.
  8. Top with the chopped green onions and serve while still hot.
