
Spicy Midnight Stir-fry Noodles

Ingredients:
- 200 grams rice noodles
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 1 piece green bell pepper
- 2 pieces garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 stalks green onion
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
Instructions:
- Prepare the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the bell peppers into thin slices. Mince the garlic cloves. Chop the green onions.
- Heat the peanut oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Then add the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for another minute.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok or pan.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Stir-fry everything together until it is all well mixed and heated through.
- Top with the chopped green onions and serve while still hot.
