
Spicy Midnight Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Garlic Clove
- 4 Corn Tortillas
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tblsp Lime Juice
Instructions:
- First, defrost the shrimp if frozen. Peel and devein if necessary.
- Heat up a large skillet on medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix together the cayenne, cumin, salt, pepper, and finely minced garlic. Toss the spices with the shrimp to fully coat.
- Cook the shrimp in a skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until pink.
- While the shrimp is cooking, heat up your corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until warm and pliable.
- Slice the avocado and prepare it in a small bowl. Squeeze lime juice on top and add a pinch of salt. Mash it until it turns into guacamole.
- Once everything is ready, assemble your tacos. Spread a helping of the mashed avocado on a tortilla, then add a few pieces of cooked spicy shrimp.
- Repeat for the rest of the tacos. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy midnight shrimp tacos!
