
Spicy Midnight Seafood Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Shrimp
- 200 grams Squid
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Fresh Red Chillies
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Onions
- 2 stalks Scallions
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- Clean and prepare the shrimp and squid.
- Chop the garlic, chillies, bell peppers, onions, and scallions.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and chillies to the pan and stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the seafood to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
- Add the bell peppers, onions, and soy sauce to the pan, stirring to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
