Spicy Midnight Seafood Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Shrimp
  • 200 grams Squid
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Fresh Red Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Onions
  • 2 stalks Scallions
  • to taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. Clean and prepare the shrimp and squid.
  2. Chop the garlic, chillies, bell peppers, onions, and scallions.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the garlic and chillies to the pan and stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the seafood to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
  6. Add the bell peppers, onions, and soy sauce to the pan, stirring to combine.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  8. Season with salt to taste.
  9. Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
