Spicy Midnight Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 3 pcs Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chives

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the butter.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
  3. Once the butter is hot, add the beaten eggs to the pan.
  4. Let the eggs set for a few seconds, then begin to stir and fold them gently in the pan.
  5. Before the eggs are fully cooked, add the cheddar cheese, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Continue to stir until the cheese is melted and eggs are cooked to your desired level.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat, top with chopped chives, and serve immediately.
