Spicy Midnight Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 2 servings Ramen noodles
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 stems Scallions
  • 2 Soft boiled egg
  • to taste Sliced nori (seaweed)

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped garlic and ginger to the boiling broth.
  3. 3. Stir in the gochujang and soy sauce.
  4. 4. Add the ramen noodles to the broth and cook for 5 minutes, or until the noodles are done.
  5. 5. Divide the noodles and broth between two bowls.
  6. 6. Top each bowl with sliced scallions, a soft boiled egg, and sliced nori.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy your spicy midnight ramen!
