
Spicy Midnight Ramen

Ingredients:
- 2 servings Ramen noodles
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 stems Scallions
- 2 Soft boiled egg
- to taste Sliced nori (seaweed)
Instructions:
- 1. In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- 2. Add the finely chopped garlic and ginger to the boiling broth.
- 3. Stir in the gochujang and soy sauce.
- 4. Add the ramen noodles to the broth and cook for 5 minutes, or until the noodles are done.
- 5. Divide the noodles and broth between two bowls.
- 6. Top each bowl with sliced scallions, a soft boiled egg, and sliced nori.
- 7. Serve hot and enjoy your spicy midnight ramen!
