
Spicy Midnight Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:
- 200 grams paneer
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- to taste salt
- 1 small onion
- 1 small capsicum
- 8 pieces cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
- Cut the paneer into cubes. Keep aside.
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until the spices are well incorporated.
- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and toss well to coat. Let the paneer marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- While the paneer is marinating, dice the onion and capsicum and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Heat a grill pan or regular pan with oil.
- Arrange the marinated paneer cubes, diced onions, and capsicum on a skewer in an alternating pattern. Do this until all the ingredients are used up.
- Grill the skewers on the pan, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and the vegetables are slightly charred.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup for a satisfying midnight snack.
