Spicy Midnight Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole ripe tomatoes
  • 2 whole ripe mangoes
  • 1 whole jalapeno peppers
  • 1 small red onion
  • handful cilantro
  • 1 whole lime
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Dice the tomatoes and mangoes into small cubes and place in a large bowl.
  2. Finely chop the jalapeno pepper, red onion, and cilantro. If you want the salsa to be less spicy, remove the seeds from the jalapeno pepper before chopping.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with tomatoes and mangoes.
  4. Squeeze the lime into the bowl, being careful not to let any seeds fall in. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately with crispy tortilla chips or refrigerate for later. Enjoy your Spicy Midnight Fruit Salsa!
