Ingredients:
- 2 whole ripe tomatoes
- 2 whole ripe mangoes
- 1 whole jalapeno peppers
- 1 small red onion
- handful cilantro
- 1 whole lime
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Dice the tomatoes and mangoes into small cubes and place in a large bowl.
- Finely chop the jalapeno pepper, red onion, and cilantro. If you want the salsa to be less spicy, remove the seeds from the jalapeno pepper before chopping.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with tomatoes and mangoes.
- Squeeze the lime into the bowl, being careful not to let any seeds fall in. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
