
Spicy Midnight Biryani

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 1 piece Chicken breast
- 1 medium size Onion
- 3 pieces Green chilly
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt
- To taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions:
- First, rinse the basmati rice under running water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water and set it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the finely chopped onions and green chillies. Fry until they turn golden brown.
- Now, add the chicken pieces to the pan. Stir and cook until the chicken turns white.
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to the pan. Stir everything well and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Drain the rice and add it to the pan. Stir gently to combine everything. Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Finally, add two tablespoons of yogurt to the pan. Stir it well and cover the pan. Let it cook for the next 10-15 minutes or until the rice is well cooked.
- Your Spicy Midnight Biryani is ready. Serve it hot and enjoy your midnight cravings!
