
Spicy Midnight Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Beef steak
- 2 tablespoons Dark soy sauce
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Inch Piece of ginger
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1/2 White onion
Instructions:
- Slice the beef into thin strips and marinate with the soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger and red pepper flakes for around 10 minutes.
- Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Once hot, add the vegetable oil.
- When the oil is heated, add the marinated beef and stir-fry for a few minutes until it is seared on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced green bell pepper, red bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for around 5 minutes until they are slightly softened.
- Add the cooked beef back into the pan, along with oyster sauce. Stir everything together for a couple of minutes until everything is well combined.
- Serve the Spicy Midnight Beef Stir-Fry hot with some plain steamed rice if desired.
