
Spicy Mexican Street Tacos

Ingredients:
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1lb Choice of protein (chicken, beef, or shrimp)
- 1 medium size Onion
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 2 pieces Lime
- 2 tablespoons Chili powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Chop the onion and cilantro, set aside.
- In a heated skillet, cook the protein over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper during the process.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or directly over the stovetop flame to get some chars.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked protein on the warmed tortilla, followed by the chopped onion, cilantro. Squeeze a lime wedge over each taco.
- Serve immediately, with extra lime wedges on the side if desired.
