
Spicy Mexican Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Chipotle chilli powder
- to taste Table salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1/2 head Cabbage
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 2 limes Lime
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic cloves, chipotle chilli powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- While the shrimp is marinating, prepare your toppings. Thinly slice the cabbage, dice the avocado, chop the cilantro, and cut the limes into wedges.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and fully cooked.
- Heat the corn tortillas in the oven or on the stovetop, until warm.
- Assemble the tacos by layering on the cabbage, shrimp, avocado, and cilantro. Squeeze a lime wedge over the top and drizzle with sour cream. Serve immediately.
