Ingredients:

  • 500 grams pork tenderloin
  • 1 piece onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece jalapeno pepper
  • 6 pieces taco shells
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • as needed salsa
  • 1 piece avocado

Instructions:

  1. Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the pork into thin slices and add it to the skillet.
  3. Chop the onion, garlic, and jalapeno, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Cook until the pork is browned and the onion is soft.
  5. Add the cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Cook for a few more minutes, until the pork is cooked through.
  7. Serve the pork in the taco shells, then top with salsa and slices of avocado.
