Ingredients:
- 500 grams pork tenderloin
- 1 piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 piece jalapeno pepper
- 6 pieces taco shells
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- as needed salsa
- 1 piece avocado
Instructions:
- Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cut the pork into thin slices and add it to the skillet.
- Chop the onion, garlic, and jalapeno, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook until the pork is browned and the onion is soft.
- Add the cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Cook for a few more minutes, until the pork is cooked through.
- Serve the pork in the taco shells, then top with salsa and slices of avocado.
