
Spicy Mexican Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 medium Cantaloupe
- 1 medium Pineapple
- 2 medium Mango
- 1 small Watermelon
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Cut the cantaloupe, pineapple, mango and watermelon into small bite-sized pieces and combine them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder and salt.
- Drizzle the fruit with the fresh lime juice, then sprinkle over the chili powder and salt mixture. Toss until all the fruit is evenly coated.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the spicy Mexican fruit salad on its own for a refreshing and spicy snack, or use it as a topping for tacos or a side dish for grilled meats.
