Spicy Mexican Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Cantaloupe
  • 1 medium Pineapple
  • 2 medium Mango
  • 1 small Watermelon
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Fresh lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Cut the cantaloupe, pineapple, mango and watermelon into small bite-sized pieces and combine them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder and salt.
  3. Drizzle the fruit with the fresh lime juice, then sprinkle over the chili powder and salt mixture. Toss until all the fruit is evenly coated.
  4. Chill the salad in the fridge for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve the spicy Mexican fruit salad on its own for a refreshing and spicy snack, or use it as a topping for tacos or a side dish for grilled meats.
