Spicy Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces White fish fillets
  • 2 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces Small tortillas
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • To taste Fresh coriander
  • 0.5 whole Red onion

Instructions:

  1. Season the fish with chili powder, salt, pepper, and the juice from the lime.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Once hot, add the fish and cook until it's done, which should take around 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  3. While the fish is cooking, slice the avocado and red onion, and chop the coriander.
  4. Once the fish is done, remove it from the heat and flake it into pieces with a fork.
  5. To serve, fill each tortilla with some of the fish, slices of avocado, red onion, and a sprinkle of fresh coriander. Squeeze a little more lime juice over the top if desired, and serve immediately.
