
Spicy Mexican Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 teaspoons Chili powder
- 1 whole Lime
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 4 pieces Small tortillas
- 1 whole Avocado
- To taste Fresh coriander
- 0.5 whole Red onion
Instructions:
- Season the fish with chili powder, salt, pepper, and the juice from the lime.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Once hot, add the fish and cook until it's done, which should take around 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
- While the fish is cooking, slice the avocado and red onion, and chop the coriander.
- Once the fish is done, remove it from the heat and flake it into pieces with a fork.
- To serve, fill each tortilla with some of the fish, slices of avocado, red onion, and a sprinkle of fresh coriander. Squeeze a little more lime juice over the top if desired, and serve immediately.
