
Spicy Mexican Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:
- 2 piece Chicken breast
- 8 piece Taco shells
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 piece Avocado
- Handful Fresh coriander
- 0.5 piece Red onion
- 2 piece Tomatoes
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and add them to the pan.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the pan, followed by the cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly golden.
- Meanwhile, dice the red onion and tomatoes. Slice the avocado and lime. Set aside.
- Warm the taco shells in a dry pan or the oven for a minute or two.
- Assemble your tacos by adding chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and red onion to each one. Squeeze a bit of lime juice over top and sprinkle with fresh coriander.
- Serve while the taco shells are still warm. Enjoy your spicy Mexican chicken tacos!
