Ingredients:
- 2 cups Boneless chicken
- 8 units Taco shells
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 units Jalapenos
- 2 units Garlic cloves
- 4 units Eggs
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- to taste Cilantro
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, jalapenos, and minced garlic. Cook until onions become translucent.
- Add the chicken to the skillet. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
