
Spicy Mexican Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:
- 8 pieces Eggs
- 4 pieces Tortilla Wrap
- 200 grams Chorizo
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 medium Red onion
- 2 pieces Fresh Jalapenos
- 1 piece Avocado
- to taste Cilantro
- to taste Hot Sauce
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the chorizo in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until it's well browned.
- Add the diced red onion and jalapenos to the skillet. Cook until the onions became translucent.
- In another pan, scramble the eggs till it's halfway cooked then add to the skillet.
- Warm up the refried beans and spread it on the tortilla wraps.
- Add the cooked mixture on top of the refried beans and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
- Top it with diced avocado, fresh cilantro, and hot sauce.
- Roll up the tortilla wrap tucking in the ends. Serve hot.
