
Spicy Mexican Beef Tacos

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef steak
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 8 pieces Taco shells
- 1 piece Lime
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the beef steak into thin strips and set aside.
- Chop the onion, garlic, and jalapeno pepper and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
- Add the jalapeno pepper and chipotle pepper in adobo sauce to the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the beef mixture into each taco shell and squeeze a wedge of lime over top before serving. Enjoy your spicy Mexican beef tacos!
