Spicy Mexican Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Beef steak
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 pieces Jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 pieces Taco shells
  • 1 piece Lime
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Slice the beef steak into thin strips and set aside.
  2. Chop the onion, garlic, and jalapeno pepper and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
  4. Add the jalapeno pepper and chipotle pepper in adobo sauce to the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture into each taco shell and squeeze a wedge of lime over top before serving. Enjoy your spicy Mexican beef tacos!
