
Spicy Mediterranean Pork Skewers

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pork tenderloin
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 100 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the pork cubes to the bowl and mix well to coat.
- Cover the bowl and let the pork marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the pork is marinating, cut the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Thread alternating pieces of pork and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Preheat a grill or griddle over medium heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
- Serve the skewers with a dollop of Greek yogurt on the side for dipping.
