
Spicy Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions and drain. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and olives to the pan, sauté for 5 minutes or until tomatoes start to burst.
- Add the pasta to the pan and mix well. If the pasta is too dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the feta cheese and basil.
- Serve hot with additional pepper flakes if desired and enjoy your Spicy Mediterranean Pasta!
