Spicy Mediterranean Omega Snack

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices Brown Bread
  • 100 grams Halloumi Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 piece Cucumber
  • 25 grams Black Olives
  • 8 pieces Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or pan.
  2. Brush bread slices with olive oil and grill until crisp.
  3. Slice the halloumi cheese into pieces and grill until golden brown.
  4. Chop the red bell pepper, cucumber, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Assemble the bread slice, add grilled halloumi onto it.
  6. Top it with chopped vegetables.
  7. Finish it with a sprinkle of hot chilli flakes for a spicy kick.
  8. Repeat the steps with the remaining bread slices.
  9. Serve the Spicy Mediterranean Omega Snack with a refreshing drink of your choice.
