Ingredients:
- 2 slices Brown Bread
- 100 grams Halloumi Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Hot Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 piece Cucumber
- 25 grams Black Olives
- 8 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or pan.
- Brush bread slices with olive oil and grill until crisp.
- Slice the halloumi cheese into pieces and grill until golden brown.
- Chop the red bell pepper, cucumber, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
- Assemble the bread slice, add grilled halloumi onto it.
- Top it with chopped vegetables.
- Finish it with a sprinkle of hot chilli flakes for a spicy kick.
- Repeat the steps with the remaining bread slices.
- Serve the Spicy Mediterranean Omega Snack with a refreshing drink of your choice.
