
Spicy Mediterranean Midnight Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 cup Kalamata olives
- 50 grams Feta cheese
- 20 grams Fresh basil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water then drain the pasta.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and red chili flakes to the skillet, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to break down.
- Add the cooked pasta, the reserved pasta water, and the kalamata olives to the skillet with the tomatoes and garlic. Stir to combine.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
