Spicy Mediterranean Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 piece Cucumbers
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the fish fillets with 1 tbsp of olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes.
  3. Grill the fish on each side for 3-4 minutes or until it's cooked through.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the Mediterranean salsa by dicing the cucumbers, red onion, and combining them in a bowl with the juice of one lemon, 1 tbsp of olive oil, and salt.
  5. Prepare the spicy yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt with garlic cloves, red chili flakes, fresh dill, feta cheese, and lemon juice.
  6. To assemble the tacos, warm your tortillas and place the grilled fish on top, followed by the Mediterranean salsa, and finally top everything with the spicy yogurt sauce.
