
Spicy Mediterranean Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Fish fillets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 1 piece Cucumbers
- 1 piece Red onion
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 0.5 cup Feta cheese
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush the fish fillets with 1 tbsp of olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes.
- Grill the fish on each side for 3-4 minutes or until it's cooked through.
- In the meantime, prepare the Mediterranean salsa by dicing the cucumbers, red onion, and combining them in a bowl with the juice of one lemon, 1 tbsp of olive oil, and salt.
- Prepare the spicy yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt with garlic cloves, red chili flakes, fresh dill, feta cheese, and lemon juice.
- To assemble the tacos, warm your tortillas and place the grilled fish on top, followed by the Mediterranean salsa, and finally top everything with the spicy yogurt sauce.
