
Spicy Mediterranean Fish Stew

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 medium Red bell peppers
- 1 can Canned diced tomatoes
- 4 cups Fish broth
- 1 cup White wine
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper, set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Saute until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the canned tomatoes, fish broth, white wine, and red pepper flakes to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Lower the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Place the fish fillets in the simmering broth. Let it cook for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
