Spicy Mediterranean Fish Stew

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces White fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Red bell peppers
  • 1 can Canned diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups Fish broth
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper, set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Saute until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Add the canned tomatoes, fish broth, white wine, and red pepper flakes to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Lower the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Place the fish fillets in the simmering broth. Let it cook for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
